Shipping & Delivery
Skid Row Offroad (SRO) ships to the lower 48 states at a flat rate per item and reserves the right to choose the most economical carrier including, but not limited to; UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The carrier used will depend on the product size, weight, and transit times. The shipping cost provided online is a flat rate based on the average of the actual shipping costs for that product.
Please allow 5-9 business days to receive the package once the item has been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once the product has been shipped.

Shipping outside of the lower 48 states is available, but will include additional shipping costs. Some items we sell can be shipped to APO/AE addresses, but are limited to the USPS size restrictions. Customers will receive tracking information via the email address provided at the time the order is placed once their order has been processed for shipping. Please be sure to enter a valid email address with no typos upon checkout. Also, bear in mind that your order may be processed outside of normal shipping carrier business hours and the item may not ship until the following business day. Obviously damaged packages should be refused at the time of delivery, if possible. All lost or damaged items need to be reported to SRO as soon as possible. Please contact us at info@SkidRowOffroad.com. Detailed photos of product and box damaged will be requested. We are not responsible for time complications associated with lost or damaged items, but will work to rectify the situation in a timely manner.
Local sales and Pick-ups:
All local sales, local work and orders that are picked up by the customer are subject to 6% Pennsylvania sales tax which will be added to the final invoice. All of our products are available for local pickup, but a time must be scheduled in advance.
